Elite in Belgrade

Even though there are more than three months left to the European “Serbian Open Tournament” cup, the first application for participation has already arrived to our address at 1a Ljutice Bogdana Street.

National team of Great Britain is the first one to apply to the competition that already became traditional – “Serbian Open Tournament”, hosted and organized by Red Star Judo Club.

We are proud because we are members of the elite society as of this year – the group of eight European cups that are being held under the sponsorship of the European Judo Union for men and women.

To joy and satisfaction of all the fans of this Olympic fighting sport, Serbia Open Tournament so far gathered supreme contestants in the senior competition, winners of Olympic, world and continental medals. We are certain that we will host the best judo fighters this year as well, and that visitors in Šumice Sports Hall and those who will be watching us over the Internet will enjoy the best quality matches between judokas  from over 30 states.
